Poem, Song "Why Are You So Silent?"
Why are You so silent with hungry hearts all starving?
So, looking for the Truth – in all the empty places that You
provide instead.
Empty places when You hold The Cup that’s running over just
out of our reach.
How can You hold it back from all the dying, weeping children?
Can’t You at least give the Clear Hope, if not yet the
Deliverance?
Can’t You tell them why they suffer, if the answer and the
healing yet must be delayed?
Are we the Fallen Angels who must pay the “final
farthing” of what You made our Role in Your play,
With final happy ending that Your Character and Story
demand:
Love and Joy for all that You created
and ordained.
